Game management in Single Device Mode

Step 1

  • On the “Set Up” screen, select “Single Device Mode” (by tapping on “Multiple Device Mode” if necessary) and the type of game (number of players followed by S – single – or P – pair)

If necessary:

  • On the “Scores” screen, reset scoresand enter player’s names
  • On the “Compare” screen, change vulnerability and dealer for each deal

Step 2

  • On the “Input” screen, select Round 1
  • Position the teams (N, E, …) for this round then play all deals at each table

Then:

  • On the “Input” screen, enter all contracts, declarers and tricks made for all the deals played at each table
  • On the “Compare” screen, compare results of each deal played at the different tables
  • On the “Scores” screen, check team scores for this round

Start step 2 again through to the final round

Final step

  • On the “Scores” screen, check final scores and send results

Game management in Multiple Device Mode

Step 0

  • Place a device on each table

Step 1

  • On each device, on the “Set Up” screen, select the “Multiple Device Mode” and assign to this device, the table on which it will be located
    • Be sure that the app is active on all devices and that all the devices are not too far away from each other
  • On the “Table 1” device, on the “Set Up” screen, select the type of game in order to set up all the devices for this type of game
    • If this operation is successful, all table labels must be either green or grey (which means that there is only a single device assigned to each table required for the selected type of game)
    • Otherwise:
      • If a table label is orange, no device has been assigned to this table: assign a device to this table
      • If a table label is red, more than one device has been assigned to this table: remove one or more device from this table (by changing their table assignation or by stopping the app if necessary)

If necessary, on the “Table 1” device:

  • On the “Scores” screen, reset scores and enter player names
    • ⚠ To reset scores, the table label has to be green. If it is orange, go to the “Set Up” screen
  • On the “Compare” screen, change vulnerability and dealer for each deal

Step 2

  • On the “Table 1” device, on the “Input” screen, select Round 1 then press on “Start Input”, then wait for “Sync” on “Table 1” device
    • ⚠ The “Start Input / Sync” button has to be green. If it is orange, go to the “Set Up” screen
  • Position the teams for this round
  • On each device, on the “Input” screen, enter results for each deal played at the table on which the device is located (see Input of results)
  • On each device, once a deal has been played, go to “Compare” screen in order to compare results and, if needed, bidding sequences (press on “View Detail”) of this deal played by the other tables
  • On the “Table 1” device, at each movement of boards between tables, press on “Sync”
  • On “Table 1” device, at the end of the round, press on “Sync” then wait for “Start Input”

Start step 2 again through to the final round

Final step

  • On each device, on the “Scores” screen, check final scores and send results
  • On the “Table 1” device, send scores if needed
